- How do I buy?
- Updates + Support and Done For You are paid online, straight from this page. Managed and Partner start with a 15-minute call, so we can look at your setup before you commit to a monthly plan
- Where does the automation actually run?
- On your own infrastructure. Your data stays in your environment, we never take custody of it, and nothing phones home
- What if you cannot get it working in my environment?
- Then you do not pay for the setup. We keep going until the automation runs in your environment, and if we cannot get there on a supported setup, the fee comes back. That covers our work, not your results: how much time it saves depends on your alert volume and your tuning, so we do not put a number on that
- What happens after I buy Done For You?
- We email you to collect access details and book your slot. We take around 4 deployments a week, so nothing sits in a queue, and if we cannot get it running in your environment you get the money back
- Can I cancel a monthly plan?
- Yes. Updates + Support and Managed are both month to month, and you can cancel anytime
- What happens when a workflow breaks?
- In the first 30 days after Done For You it is on us: anything that breaks after we hand it over gets fixed. Past that there are two ways to stay covered. Updates + Support sends you the fixed version to install yourself. Managed fixes it for you, with daily monitoring and a response by the next business day
- What is the difference between Updates + Support and Managed?
- Updates + Support is for workflows you run yourself: we send updated and fixed versions of the ones you bought and answer your questions by email, and you install them. Managed is us running it for you: we install every update, monitor it daily and fix what breaks, with a response by the next business day. Managed already includes Updates + Support, so you never need both
- What does the managed plan not cover?
- We look after the automation: its runs, its failures, its credentials and its integrations. We do not take over your security posture, run your incident response, or operate the SIEM itself. Setup is included, so there is no separate fee to get started
- Do I need to know n8n to buy this?
- No. Done For You covers installation, configuration, your credentials and end-to-end testing, and you get a runbook for running it day to day
- What if I only need one thing built?
